The Porcelain Veneer Process

In the following educational dental video, Dr. Douglas Hamill discusses the process of rejuvenating and brightening your smile using porcelain veneers.

Well, if somebody comes in, they want to have veneers done first we get X rays and make sure there’s no decay on the teeth. They have to be free of decay then. So we’ll take X rays and make sure everything’s good. And then we’ll take either an impressions or sometimes can be done, and that is sent to a lab where they actually make the veneers. If we reduce the teeth, we will make temporary veneers.

And then when you come back a few weeks later, we will take the temporaries off and put the final veneers on and bond them to the teeth. And if you’re interested in dental veneers, please call our office at 31 Maple Road. And we also offer a free consult.
