Douglas Hamill DDS wants to help our patients achieve and maintain the smile of their dreams! Our free teeth whitening for life program makes accomplishing that easy. If you are unhappy with the shade of your teeth, or have tried over-the-counter options with disappointing results, our free teeth whitening for life program may be the answer you’ve been looking for.

How The Program Works:

When patients complete our traditional teeth whitening treatment for only $199 or our Zoom! teeth whitening option for $395, they will be enrolled in our “Free Teeth Whitening for Life” program. As part of the program, we will take impressions of your teeth and provide you with custom whitening trays.

When you maintain your regular hygiene appointments, you will receive two new tubes of whitening gel absolutely FREE for as long as you remain a patient of our dental office.

Simply apply a thin layer of the whitening gel to the front surface of your whitening trays and wear them until you achieve your desired results. It’s really that easy!*

To qualify for our Free Teeth Whitening for Life program, you must meet the following requirements:

• Complete any teeth whitening treatment option at our office.
• Schedule and attend your follow-up 6-month hygiene appointment.
• Have all tooth decay removed within 1 year. (to avoid any complications from unhealthy teeth or gums)
• Must make all scheduled appointments. Cancellations must be made with a minimum of 48-hour notice and the appointment must be rescheduled and completed within the next two weeks.
• Be at least 18 years of age, not pregnant or nursing.
• Must not have any outstanding bills with our practice.

* Douglas Hamill DDS reserves the right to refuse on-going whitening treatment if deemed necessary based on patient health conditions, misuse, abuse, or any other factor deemed necessary to void the offer. Lost or destroyed custom trays will be replaced at patients’ expense ($99). Patients who lose eligibility will then need to complete 2 prescribed hygiene care appointments and/or restore all decay to be reinstated in the Free Teeth Whitening for Life program.

** Existing patients of record that have already undergone whitening treatment at our office can utilize their existing whitening trays and enroll in our free teeth whitening for life program for a discounted enrollment fee of $129.
