We’ve Reopened!

We’ve Reopened Our Offices! Here’s What To Expect At Your Next Appointment

We are happy to announce that our dental offices have reopened and we are ready to see all patients for any type of dental care needs. Previously, we were only able to treat patients with dental emergencies or who were experiencing pain, swelling or other urgent dental care. Now, restrictions have been lifted and we look forward to welcoming back our existing patients as well as new patients to our practice. While we have always maintained the highest level of safety and sterilization protocols at our office, we have recently implemented a number of enhanced safety measures to ensure the safety of our patients and staff.

We've Reopened! Amherst Dentist Douglas Hamill DDSWe continue to follow strict guidelines set forth by the CDC, OSHA, and the ADA. The health and well-being of our patients remains our top priority and you can rest assured that we are taking our preventative measures very seriously.

Our enhanced safety measures include but are not limited to pre-screening patients prior to their appointments, additional screening for our staff and patient temperature readings upon arrival. We are also outfitting our staff and patients with additional PPE (personal protective equipment) and have hand sanitizer and hand washing stations available. We will also be practicing social distancing guidelines and will be scheduling appointments to minimize any interaction between patients.

Oral healthcare is an essential service, and delaying necessary dental treatment can have a serious negative impact on your overall health. In fact, recent studies have suggested a link between tooth and gum disease and overall health, with infections in the roots of teeth having the potential to enter the bloodstream and cause cardiac issues. It’s important to continue attending your routine dental care appointments, and if you are experiencing pain, don’t put it off. It will likely get worse before it gets better, and the sooner we can address the issue, the better off you will be.

We are now seeing patients for any of the following services:
